Sport-specific programs are fundamental to an athlete's development and success.  Training should mirror the demands of the sport as closely as possible.  It is essential for athletes to train movements rather than just muscles.  

An athlete's agenda must include aspects of endurance, speed, agility, strength, power, flexibility, mental preparedness, and recovery.  It is important to recognize that volume of training does not necessarily net the best results.  Rather a balanced program designed with the specific goal in mind will net the most gains.

We educate the athlete on much more than the upcoming season.  We teach them about the discipline involved in following a training program.  They learn the fundamentals of lifting; how to do things properly based on age, maturity, and capability. The athletes are able to understand the basic training principles, so they have the ability to be active beyond their sport, and get Results for Life!
